Once land acquisition is completed, we engage architects, engineers, and urban planners to design the development project. Construction is then carried out through partnerships with experienced contractors. A project manager oversees the entire construction process to ensure quality standards, budget control, and adherence to timelines.

After construction is completed, the company launches sales and leasing campaigns. Properties are sold directly to buyers or leased to tenants, depending on the development strategy. For rental properties, the company provides ongoing expert property management services.
